Today was rather a rainy one so I got a lot done in the kitchen in preparation for guests arriving. Pictured above is Maggie Beers Walnut Flat Bread which I bake till crispy and serve with our cheese boards at dinner.
This is the flatbread prior to going in the oven.
These are Oat & honey crackers - also for cheeseboards. We have a gorgeous selection of quality New Zealand cheeses at the moment, thanks to Robyn at The Nelson Cheese Shop.
which will look better when sandwiched together with homemade coffee icecream! (Also made this morning!)
