A spectacular cliff top walk is the highlight - you can make it as long (up to 1.5 hours) or as short as you like and see the seals at the colony along the way. Wekas are in abundance here offering lots of photo  opportunities. At  night you may be luck to see Blue Penguins come ashore at dusk.

A recently opened modern museum with bright and colourful displays bringing to life local history and heritage.

And of course you may need to have an extra night at Birds Ferry Lodge just to fit it all in!
